The Department of criminal evidence Kuwait issues the Police Clearance Certificate or Good Conduct Certificate, a paid service provided to a visa applicant who wishes to visit or stay in the country. The General Department of Criminal Evidence Kuwait and the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior is authorized to issue the Police Clearance Certificate in Kuwait. The primary purpose of the legal document is to check whether the applicant has any pending criminal records in their country of origin. This legal document is to verify if the applicant has never been part of any criminal activity that led to conviction by the Kuwait Police Force, this document is mandatory if the person is applying for immigration to other countries.
Following is the requested document that should be present while applying for PPC(KUWAIT)
- A copy of your new and old passport
- A copy of the Kuwait Residence Visa page.
- Recently taken color passport size photos with blue background two sets.
- Immigration Authority Letter stating the Purpose of Applying
- A copy of the applicant's Kuwait ID
- Finger Print (Depending on the Emigration status )
