It is mandatory in Saudi Arabia that immigrants who move to the country for employment, marriage, education, or starting a new business are required to acquire a good standing certificate or PPC. This legal document is issued by the governmental agency or authorized police personnel to check whether the applied candidate has any criminal record. The process starts with the application sent to the Directorate of Saudi Arabian Civil Police (SACP) through our agency, and then the SACP certifies that the candidate does not come from a criminal background and is an upstanding member of society. If it is found that the applicant has prior records and doesn’t abide by the law, they are not qualified to obtain the Police Clearance Certificate. Once the process is through and if you are qualified, the applicant can move on to other processes related to your immigration to Saudi Arabia.
